Vortex loads all the mods onto the new location without problems. See a popup that says something like: LOOT operation "loadPlugins" failed: "dlccoast.esm" is not a valid plugin.Manually pointing it did not work, had to backup the game (locally so you dont have to download it again) and reinstall it after deleting any remaining Fallout 4 folder (backup GAME SAVES). Try to re-sort the load order with the sort button using LOOT. Right now Im trying to get Skyland to work, they show how to install manually on the nexus, Im smart enough to read the entire faq, yet no mods show up in. Steam said Fallout 4 was on the E drive while Nexus thought it was on the D drive - files were on both in the common folder. 4.1 The Launcher 4.2 The Local Profile Manager 4.3 The Tools Menu 4.3.1 Reset UI 4.3.2 Disable all active mods 4.3.3 Uninstall all active mods 4.3.4 Restore the backup profile 4.3.5 Change virtual folders 4.3.6 Reset archive invalidation 4.4 The Folder Menu 4.4.1 Open game folder 4.4.2 Open NMM mods folder 4.4.The DLC esm files come next, if you dont see them there, then they arent installed correctly, or NMM is not correctly seeing your game folder.

The plug-ins tab will show you what is installed and active, Fallout4.esm should be at the top and in grey (cant be deactivated). Make a new Profile and activate all the mods on here for them to load (Same as above?) In NMM, the main window has two tabs - Plugins & Mods.Have to deactivate and activate all mods once for them to load at all (Could this be an issue itself?).When I change the location of the game by changing in in steam, then in vortex, and then deactivating and activating all mods an issue appears where vortex claims the base fallout files (Fallout4.esm, and upon deactivating all mods dlccoast.esm.) are invalid plugins.
